There are Key factors to Search Engine Optimization, here are a few examples:
Content – relevant content to your site, that is well written.
Out Bound Links – the number of places that your website link appears through out the World Wide Web.
In Bound Links – the number of links and their page rank importance. You do not want to have a huge number of these
links, and when you participate in a Link Exchange, try to do it with a a site that has a high Google page rank.

Finding a Niche.….
One of the first things that we should look at is the importance of looking at the market in which you are going to market to and how to break down that market to find a smaller part of it for your niche. The reason for this is that the market place in many areas can be very broad and if you are going to try to target all areas of a particular market then you are going to have a lot of competition. But if you find a “piece” of that market and only target it, then your competition will be substantially less.
What to do now that Keywords aren’t important?
Well, there are many things that need to be done in relation to the placement of your website within
the search engines. One of the most important things is content! Relevant content is easily indexed by
the search engines. Good content also gives the visitors of your website a reason to look deeper
into your pages, refer your site, and make another appearance on your website. So write relevant
content, to designated pages about your services, products and/or business.

One of the great things about blogs is their ability to make your site interactive with comments. People love to be able to participate in things, they don’t like to feel like they are being left out. And if it is a topic in which they hold a lot of passion about, either negative or positive, then they have a great desire to share.

Do Keywords Matter?
There has always been alot of buzz around the use of keywords and what keywords to use.
If you look at the page source of the top ranked websites, (you can view the page source by clicking on the View tab in your tool bar. At the very top of your screen you see * File Edit View History Bookmarks Tools Help….* you will see the option Page Source, or if you are good with short cuts, simply hold the ctrl key and the U key at the same time. *Once you are in the page source do a search for “Meta” or “keywords”….
It is apparent that many of the top ranked sites no longer have keywords.
