*Support Tickets – The Support Tickets are a feature we ask you to use after you have  viewed the Video Tutorials . Most of your answers will be found in the Video Tutorials, but if by chance you are having a problem that you can not locate a solution to, or you are experiencing a circumstance that requires immediate action, the Support Tickets located in the backends On-line Help Desk can be flagged regarding importance. The flag of importance lets us and our Team Members know which tickets need immediate attention. The solution will then be sent straight to your e-mail or fixed and you will receive a notice of completion.

*Direct Contact – We are always available for our valuable customers through email or phone.
